May dolphin bite in the keys

The dolphin seem to be showing up in better numbers this 2nd week of May off Key Largo. We're finding lots of schoolie-size dolphin ranging from 4 to 8 lbs. with a few bigger ones in the 20 to 30 lb. class. Most of the fish have been about 12 to 18 miles offshore. The bite should get more consistent as the summer moves on, and we start getting the steady east to southeast tradewinds which the dolphin(mahi-mahi) prefer.
